Apartment house of V.G. Kisin and I.-A.Sh. Froimovich

The mansion with forms typical of eclecticism with the transition to neoclassical Art Nouveau was built in 1899 for wealthy manufacturers. By 1910, the building had been rebuilt several times. The facade of the building is richly decorated with various architectural elements, stucco floral ornaments around the perimeter. The balconies, which are "recessed" inside, add special sophistication. Currently, the mansion has been recognized as an object of cultural heritage.
