E.Ya. Kostin's apartment house

In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, this house was owned by merchant Yefim Yakovlevich Kostin, who was also the owner of an oil mill. The four-storey building, with a multi-pitched roof and a basement, was built at the end of the 19th century. In the design of the facade, you can see the decorative elements of brick. It is classified as a monument of civil architecture of the late 19th century. It is a city-forming element of the street.Now the house is partially residential, and the ground floor is rented to various companies and organizations.
