Detailed description
The Martynov apartment building was built in 1910-1912. Prior to that, the site belonged to the Russian Income Insurance Company. An infirmary worked in the house, famous artists lived, and the Central Club of Workers of the Petrograd side was located here. Since 2001, the Martynov house has been of historical, scientific and artistic value.
