Apartment house E.P. Lyakhmaer

At the end of the 19th century, Ekaterina Petrovna Lyakhmayer became the owner of the land, who built a four-story house on the site. A year later, the house was declared dangerous for the epidemiological situation, all apartments in the house had to be closed, and the tenants had to be evicted to other apartments. But the room was cleaned, and the hostess paid a fine. It is known that since 1910 the owner of the house was lawyer Chernikov Abram Lazarevich.
