Detailed description
The monument of cultural heritage of regional importance is located on Bolshaya Sadovaya Street, 89 in Rostov-on-Don. It was built in the early 20th century in the historical part of St. Petersburg by architect L. F. Eberg. Leonid Eberg had just started his career in the 1910s. In 1911, he graduated from the Moscow College of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. In 1912, he was invited to the post of head of the Rostov City Administration building. They met at this time with the rich Rostov banker Alexander Mikhailovich Strom, who is now looking for an architect to create an apartment building project. His choice falls on L. F. Eberg. Two years later, the project was completed, and as of 1912, the five-story house was built.
