Apartment house of M.S. Kitaev

The apartment building was built in the last quarter of the 19th century. The facade is simple and concise. The architectural and artistic appearance is determined by the architraves outlining the windows of the first floor. A distinctive feature of the facade is the decorative plaster of the interstory belts with motifs of Russian folk architecture. The house in 1913 belonged to M. S. Kitaev. The building is considered a monument of civil architecture of the late 19th century and represents a diverse building style in the historical center of Rostov-on-Don.
