Detailed description
The residential buildings of the New Life partnership were built in 1928 according to the project of M.N. Kondratiev. Both buildings have an unusual and rather complicated layout. The house of the New Life Partnership was built in the style of constructivism. The facade of the building consists of two buildings facing each other at an angle of 90 degrees, with window brackets. There is a communal courtyard next to the house. Currently, the building is an architectural monument.
