M.V. Shirman's apartment house

The house on the corner of Voroshilovsky Prospekt and Suvorov St. is the apartment building of M. V. Shirman. It was built in 1911 according to the design of architect A. H. Zakiev. The house is five-storeyed, brick, the architectural style is modern. The facade features wreaths and floral ornaments. Bay windows and balconies with attics are also interesting. In the early 20s, the building housed the House of Printing. Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Rostov-on-Don LLC is currently located in this building.
