F.S. Kechekyan's Mansion

The Rostov-on-Don Rostov-on-Don F. S. Kechekyan Mansion is a building on Freedom Square in Rostov-on-Don, built in the third quarter of the 19th century on the central square of Nakhichevan-on-Don (now part of the Proletarian district of Rostov-on-Don). Currently, the mansion is occupied by the Pushkin Children's Library. The building is included in the list of cultural monuments of regional importance. The one-storey mansion has a raised ground floor and overlooks Freedom Square. To the east is the Sagirov mansion. There is a garden behind the Kechekyan mansion, which used to house a carriage house, a stable and other outbuildings. The front facade has a classic, neat composition.
