I.A. Ter-Abramian House with book publishing

The building was built in the late 19th century in 1886 for the owner Ivan Abramovich Ter-Abramian, who was a famous book publisher in Rostov-on-Don. The building is three-storeyed, brick, has two domes. The main entrance is located in the center of the house, and decorated pilaster portals are arranged above it and on the floors above to the third.
