The house is located within walking distance from Frunze Square. It is a two-storey brick building with an arched entrance to the courtyard. The window openings are decorated with stucco architraves. There is a small balcony with an openwork fence above the main entrance. The house was built in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It is a regional monument of historical and cultural significance.
