Terms

Platform - the QVEDO website and/or mobile application on the Internet information and telecommunications network, which allows Users to purchase Activities from Suppliers, as well as negotiate, conclude transactions and make settlements with Users who intend to purchase or have acquired an Activity.

Activity is an event, activity, tour or service presented on the Platform, including, but not limited to, the QVEDO mobile application, the website https://qvedo.com/ and other platforms.

Provider - the main organizer of the Activity, who publishes and owns the Activity, manages all valid settings for the Activity, there can be only one.

Buyer - a person (User) who paid for the Supplier's Activity.

  1. If the Activity is canceled 10 days or more before its start, the Buyer will be refunded 100% of the amount paid. Exceptions (non-refundable) are entrance tickets, tickets to museums, tickets for river cruises and boat trips.

  2. If the Buyer cancels the purchased Activity less than 10 days before the start of the event, the prepayment amount is not refundable. In the event that the Activity is canceled by the Buyer who registered the Activity less than 10 days before the start of the event, the funds in case of cancellation of the Activity by the Buyer are non-refundable.

  3. If a smaller number of Activity participants is planning to attend than indicated in the paid order, then it is necessary to inform the Supplier about this in the dialogue chat with the Supplier on the Platform 10 days before the start of the Activity. In this case, the Supplier independently determines the amount of money to be returned and makes their return upon the provision of the service within 10 days.

  4. If the request to reduce the number of participants was received less than 10 days before the start of the event, or during the event, or after it, the difference in the prepayment is not returned and is not taken into account when settling with the Supplier. Reducing the amount due for the final payment for the order remains at the discretion of the Activity Provider.

  5. In all cases when the Activity is canceled by the Supplier, the Supplier shall refund 100% of the amount of the prepayment made.

  6. Orders that relate to museums, galleries, viewing platforms, shows, transfers, entrance tickets, museum tickets, tickets for river cruises and boat trips are non-refundable. If the order is canceled by the Buyer for the Activities listed in this paragraph, the refund is 0% (i.e., no refund is made).

  7. If the Activity was canceled by the Supplier due to weather conditions (rain, snow, thunderstorm, hail, etc.), and the Buyer was unable to use the Activity on another day or did not agree to replace it with a similar Activity, the Supplier guarantees a refund of 100% of the amount paid. The maximum term for the formation of an offer by the Supplier is no more than 48 hours.

  8. If it is necessary to cancel the Activity, it is necessary to click on the "Cancel order" button in the personal account on the Platform and write to the Activity Provider in the chat to confirm the cancellation of the Activity.

  9. In case of cancellation of the Activity by the Supplier, the Supplier sends a notification to the Buyer about the cancellation of the Activity through the personal account of the Platform.

  10. If the Buyer is late for the start of the Activity, the Supplier cannot guarantee the provision of services to the Buyer, and if the Buyer requests a refund, the Supplier has the right to refuse the return at its discretion.

  11. Changing the date / time of the Activity is made by agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier, while the consent must be obvious and reflected in the dialogue chat on the Platform, the cancellation conditions are preserved. If the Supplier refuses to change the date / time of the Activity at the initiative of the Buyer, the Supplier has the right to refuse to postpone the date of provision of services for the Activity, at the same time, the procedure for the return of funds is governed by paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Refund Policy. If the Buyer refuses to change the date/time of the Activity at the initiative of the Supplier, the Supplier guarantees a refund due to the failure to provide the Activity.
