The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Additional set of linen fee is RUB 300.00. Hourly extension fee is RUB 300.00 per hour. Early check-in fee for check-in before 01:00 PM is equal to the cost of the night rate. In the case that the facility is unoccupied, the administration will check in guests for free until the check-out time. Late check-out fee for check-out after 05:00 PM is equal to the cost of the night rate. The facility accepts cash and non-cash payments and works with individuals and legal entities. Guests can receive bank documentation and a check with a QR code upon request.
