Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Upon check-in, an electronic agreement is concluded. The price of early check-in from 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM and late check-out before 06:00 PM will be 10% of the cost of the day for each hour. Check-in earlier than 11:00 AM and check-out later than 06:00 PM are calculated as a full day. Contactless check-in is carried out in the apartment. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. In case of arrival after 12:00 AM, the hotel must be notified in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. In case of early departure on a day-to-day basis, if the guests did not notify about it a day before departure, the payment for the day will not be refunded. Arrivals for several hours are negotiated individually and the cost is calculated as a full day. Accounting documents of any type are provided upon request. Non-cash payment to a bank account from the organization is possible. A deposit is required, which is refunded on the day of departure. Smoking is prohibited. It is forbidden to hold noisy parties and events. Information about places to visit is provided upon request. Special conditions apply for guests when arranging delivery from partner organizations.
