A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 18:00. Reception is open from 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Late check-in is available from 06:00 PM. Before arrival guests must send the hotel a photo of the documents of those occupying the room by e-mail or on WhatsApp. The hotel will send the instructions and the code to let the guests manage the arrival without complications. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. Early check-in is available from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM if the room is available for an extra charge of EUR 10.00 per room. Also guests can extend the stay until 7:00 PM, for EUR 25.00 per room extra charge. The reservation includes a daily Smart room cleaning (airing the room, emptying the trash). Extra cleaning with towel change: Upon request an extra cleaning of the room (floor and bathroom cleaning, change of bed and bath linen) is available. The service can be booked at any time.
