The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Children under 2 years old can share the same bed with their parents. Children over 2 years old are accommodated in a baby bed, which is an additional option and is paid separately. Please note that extra beds are only available in family rooms. The full amount of the deposit will be refunded upon check-out, as long as there is no damage to the property. Check-in at the hotel is carried out only on the original identity document: - a general passport for citizens of the Russian Federation; - passport, visa/patent, migration card for citizens of other states (a set of documents is determined by the current legislation of the Russian Federation). Check-in at the hotel of minors is carried out on the basis of: - birth certificates of minors or passports; - documents proving the identity of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians) who are with them; - a document certifying the authority, if accompanied by close relatives, accompanying persons (a power of attorney and a copy of the passport with the place of registration of one of the parents). When staying in the Apartment category, a cash deposit of RUB 10000.00 is required. Check-in time at Millionnaya Apartments is at 15:30, check-out is before 13:00. Parking in the hotel courtyard is only possible upon prior request, or guests can use the paid city parking spaces next to the hotel.
