The face-to-face check-in time by the reception staff begins at 02:30 PM and ends at 09:30 PM. For guests who arrive at night after 09:30 PM, they will also be attended remotely without supplements through the telephone at the reception in the hall. If the check-in is rush hour, guests may have to wait to be attended by the telephone operator. If guests plan to arrive before check-in time, between 10:30 AM and 02:30 PM, guests can ask the staff to keep the bags in free storage until check-in time. How to access: In the street portal there is a video intercom on the right side. Guests need to press the bell button to be answered.
