Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 21:00. In case of check-in after 9:00 PM, guests should inform the hotel in advance about their arrival time. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel. Extra Bed is available for THB 1200.00 per night including breakfast but if not, hotel will charge Extra Person with THB 1000.00 including breakfast per adult (9 years old and above) and THB 500.00 including breakfast per child (4-8 years old). Free roundtrip shared speed boat transfer available for 2 people in 1 room. If guests have an extra person, roundtrip speedboat transfer is available for THB 1200.00 per adult (9 years old and above) and THB 800.00 per child (4-9 years old). Child under 4 years old is free of charge. Daily speedboat timetable: 09:30 AM — Departure from Chalong Pier to Racha Island. 02:00 PM — Departure from Racha Island to Chalong Pier. Time can be change without prior notice due to weather and sea condition. In case guests miss the above timetable they can take a private long tail boat or private speedboat. The cost for the private long tail boat is THB 5000.00 per boat one way. The cost for private speedboat is THB 20000.00 per boat one way. Subject to availability and weather or sea condition, additional fees may be applied. Guests arriving later than 02:30 PM at Phuket International Airport or 03:00 PM at Chalong Pier cannot be transferred to Racha Island on the same evening. For safety reasons, the hotel does not operate boat transfers after sunset and guests will be required to stay the night in Phuket.
