Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. The deposit is refundable and is charged for the entire stay. The deposit will be withheld in case of violation of house rules, damage, or removal of property. If the damage or removal exceeds the deposit amount, a fee will be charged according to the value of the damaged item for the period the malfunction is detected. The deposit is refunded during the day on the day of check-out, if there are no violations, and is transferred to the guest's card. Check-in with children is possible from 8 years old; children are counted as full guests. Comfort class transfer to or from the airport — RUB 2500.00. Additional bedding or linen change on request — RUB 1500.00. Bathrobes — RUB 1000.00. Cleaning on request — RUB 2500.00. It is forbidden to walk in ski boots in the apartments. Skis and snowboards may be stored in the apartment only clean and dry; there is a mount by the entrance door. There are live flowers in the apartments — do not water them, the maids take care of them. Smoking and parties are prohibited; violations result in a fine withheld from the deposit. Bicycle parking in the apartment is not allowed. The apartment is not intended for commercial photoshoots. Mountain weather is changeable. In foggy, rainy, or snowy weather, the view from the window may differ from the photo taken from the balcony. Windows are not equipped with stoppers; please be vigilant when staying with children. The balcony is not glazed. In the winter season, ski buses stop close to the apartments — free transport to any ski resort with a ski pass. Cleaning and room inspection are carried out after check-out. Daily cleaning and linen change are not provided but can be arranged on request for an additional fee.
