Early check-in is subject to availability and must be agreed at least 12 hours before the scheduled check-in time. In this case, the key collection will be carried out on the street. Paid parking is available for guests by car. Parking is located at 11 Pharmacy Street. An amount of EUR 250.00 will be charged for the loss of the key, as a complete replacement of the lock will be required. Apartment location: calle Hortaleza, number 18 floor, next to Gran via. The hotel does not accept children under 18 years of age staying alone.
