* The Client can cancel the dive at least one day (24 hours) before the scheduled time. After the operator confirms such cancellation, the client has the right to demand a refund. In case of delay to the dive site by more than 15 minutes, the Client is deprived of the right to demand the performance of the service, and a penalty is imposed on him in the amount of the amount actually paid when booking the service. The request to postpone the date and time of the dive can be sent no later than one day (24 hours) before the scheduled time. Requests sent in less than a day (24 hours) They are NOT considered.
