The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. The number of parking spaces is strictly limited. Parking is only available by prior request, subject to availability for the requested period. Check-in and accommodation at the guest house are handled through the 24-hour reception desk of the inBox Capsule Hotel, located in the same building. Self-check-in is also possible using instructions and individual electronic access keys sent to a phone number. Guests need to contact the property before arrival to confirm check-in details. Contact information can be found in the booking confirmation. Foreign passports and driver's licenses are not accepted for check-in. For all Russian children under 14, a birth certificate must be presented upon check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is traveling with a child under 14 within Russia, the relative or legal guardian must also present documents that grant them the right to accompany the child upon check-in. During check-in, foreign citizens, both adults and children, are required to present a valid passport, visa, and migration card. Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms. Small dogs (up to 5 kg) are allowed in the guest house by agreement with the administration. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee (subject to availability, price varies). Fee for a rollaway bed: from RUB 1200.00 to RUB 2100.00 per day (the cost varies depending on the season). The above list may not be exhaustive. If you need a visa to enter the country, in the majority of cases, your hotel is supposed to provide you with the necessary documents. For more information, please contact the hotel. All the agreements are only made between you and the hotel.
