* An object of cultural heritage of Russia. The cottage was built on the bend of the Neva River in the 1780s by Peter Vasilyevich Bakunin, designed by Nikolai Aleksandrovich Lvov. The first floor was made of brick, the second floor was built of wood. In 1998, a fire broke out at the cottage, as a result, the second floor completely burned out. It was decided to completely restore the building to its former appearance. The reconstruction was completed in 2016. You can get to the estate in any convenient way, the building is located next to the Sverdlovskaya embankment.
