The mansion of Zinaida Morozova was built in 1893-1898. The mansion belonged to Z. G. Morozova, the wife of the famous Russian businessman Savva Morozov. The building is made in the architectural style of "Neo-Gothic". The architect of the mansion is Fyodor Shekhtel. Inside there are several living rooms, a dining room, bedrooms, an office and a billiard room. In addition to the elements of Neo-Gothic, other styles such as Baroque, Empire and classical were used in the interiors. The center of attention in the mansion is a two-story tower with large windows. In 2021, restoration work was completed in the mansion, and now it serves as the center of the city's political and social life.
