The restaurant is located in the very center of the city. Having collected in the menu all the most famous dishes of the Great Silk Road cuisine from the East to the Mediterranean. Tradition and modernity, centuries-old recipes and technological sophistication, pastries and signature cocktails, national ornament and fashionable design are combined here under one roof. Sayera is a huge steaming cauldron of pilaf, juicy manti, golden hot tortillas and tandoor samsa, lagman with long handmade noodles and barbecue on coals, and then fragrant hot tea with honey baklava.
