Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 19:00. There is no reception, the property will send the check in instructions through WhatsApp, and guest may also call the property in advance for the check-in. The contact details provided in the booking confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200.00 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The establishment meets and greets during the day, please come collect the keys at the office. Please note that after office hours, the key is to be collected at the mailbox; guests will receive instructions for autonomous check-in by email right after the reservation. Please note that early check-in before 16:00 is possible and subject to EUR 10.00 per hour early, guest needs to ask the establishment by whatsapp on the morning of their arrival. Please note that late check-out from 10:30 to 13:30 is possible upon request for a EUR 40.00 extra charge. Please note that the price includes parking for 1 car. Additional cars are charged EUR 20.00 per night. End-of-stay cleaning is also included in the price but guests must clean their kitchen area and empty their trash before departure. Incivilities are subject to extra charge. Please note that in case of no-show or check-out before the date specified on your reservation, the full amount will still be charged.
