Church of the Holy Trinity in Utevka
Detailed description
In 1892, the stone church of the Holy Trinity was built. The icon painter Grigory Zhuravlev provided assistance in architectural design, wall painting and icon creation. The height of the Orthodox church is 27 meters. The single-domed temple with a three-tiered bell tower was built in eclectic forms. Images from the Old Testament were placed on the frescoes in the temple. In 1934, the church was bombed. In 1990, the temple was restored.
