* The owner of the Apartment building in 1896 was Henry Wilhelmovich Muzer. He bought the land in 1895. The architect of this building was V.V. Schaub, the brother of Muzer's daughter's husband and a family friend. Currently, the building is of historical and artistic value and is included in the list of relevant cultural sites.
