* The mansion, built in 1915 for the Smirnov magnates, is a historical architectural monument in Sokolniki Park. The holiday complex is designed in the neoclassical architectural style and resembles an Italian villa. The interior of the mansion has come down to us in its original form: cast stair railings, stucco on the ceiling. The building is currently undergoing restoration.
