Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is contactless, possible at any time after 15:00. Early check-in or late check-out is possible subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Check-in is carried out using an application with which guests sign an electronic contract and receive detailed instructions for check-in. Guests on a business trip are provided with accounting documents. Celebrations, photography and video shooting are possible only by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. The apartment is not rented for parties. Only the number of guests indicated in the booking can stay. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, including on the balcony or by the window. Violation of this rule entails withholding of the deposit.
