Mariinka Apartments are located in the historical center of Petrozavodsk, on one of the central streets of the city, within walking distance of parks, museums, theaters, restaurants, shops, and railway stations. The Onega Lake embankment can be reached on foot.

Guests have access to parking in the courtyard with a gated entrance.

The flat offers two single beds measuring 80x200 cm that can be joined together and one double bed measuring 160x200 cm. Orthopedic mattresses are provided, along with blackout roller blinds and a choice of pillows.

The flat features preserved brickwork. Furniture, doors, and window sills are custom made from natural wood. The ceiling height is about 3 meters. Board games, books, and fresh flowers are available for guests. The flat is equipped with modern appliances.
