The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Smoking, parties, and alcohol-containing events are prohibited. Check-in and check-out times may be changed by prior arrangement. Children under 5 years old stay free of charge without additional linens. A passport and security deposit are required upon check-in. This deposit is refundable on the day of check-out, provided the number of guests is met and all belongings and linens are intact. Smoking in the apartment is subject to a fine. During major city holidays, access to the building may be restricted, but walking access remains possible. The windows overlook the front garden. The property has a separate entrance from the street with a vestibule. The windows overlook the courtyard. Free public parking is available behind the building.
