Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). Car rental in Pattaya is provided, excursions are organized, including to the tropical River Kwai. Water consumption fee: 30.00 THB per night.
