Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. From June 9 to June 10, 2025, the hotel will undergo maintenance work, due to which the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi will be closed to visitors. In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, accommodation and registration of Russian citizens (with the exception of residents of foreign states) is allowed only upon presentation of the original passport of the Russian Federation. For check-in at the hotel, foreign citizens must present their original international passport, visa (if required by the migration policy of the country), and the original migration card. Upon check-in, you must present your passport and the bank card used to pay for the reservation. If the guest's name does not match the name of the credit card holder or another card is provided, the hotel will refund the full amount of the prepayment to the card used for booking and will require payment for the stay using another card or in cash. Due to current restrictions, some international credit cards may not work in the territory of the Russian Federation. Cash payment may be required. Breakfast buffet for adults and children from 6 years: RUB 3200.00 per person, provided that breakfast is not included in the selected rate. Pets weighing up to 10 kg are allowed. The cost of the service is RUB 3000.00 per day for one animal weighing up to 5 kg and RUB 5000.00 per day for one animal weighing up to 10 kg. Guests are required to pay a deposit of RUB 6000.00 for possible additional room cleaning and damage to the property of the hotel. The deposit is refunded in full upon check-out if there is no need for additional room cleaning and no damage to property. Early check-in before 02:00 PM and late check-out after 12:00 PM are subject to an additional charge. Early check-in and late check-out must be confirmed with the hotel in advance. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. A buffet breakfast is served in the hotel's restaurant from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM on weekends.
