The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. A prepayment is required. The administrator of the hotel will contact the guest after booking to inform him about ways of making the prepayment and cancelation policy. For reservations of 2 weeks or more, a prepayment of 20% of the booking cost is charged. The reservation will be canceled in case of the guest's no-show till 06:00 AM of the next day after the arrival date. Employees of the hotel are entitled to provide meals only at the main places, and for meals, for guests staying in extra beds they charge a fee upon arrival. If children/adults take an extra bed, breakfasts are included. If not taken, then the cost of breakfast is about RUB 300.00 per day.
