Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. Repair work is underway, and the main entrance of the hotel is blocked. Guests can enter through the service entrance. According to the Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, in order to check into hotels on the territory of the Russian Federation, Russian citizens must have a general passport with them, and persons under the age of 14 must have a birth certificate. Check-in between 12:00 AM and 02:00 PM is subject to a surcharge of 50% of the room rate per night. Check-out from 12:00 PM to 06:00 PM is subject to a surcharge of 25% of the room rate per day, and from 06:00 PM to 12:00 AM 50% of the room rate per day. Russian citizens are required to present a Russian passport upon check-in. Guests are kindly requested to communicate their expected time of arrival in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Shoe shine at the hotel is a free service. Bathrobes are not available in all rooms.
