Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability). Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability). This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply); to arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The credit or debit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification for all bookings where payment for the stay will be made on site. Additional charges may apply for extra guests and vary depending on the hotel policy. A valid government-issued photo ID, credit or debit card, or cash deposit may be required upon check-in for incidentals. The name on the credit card used to pay for incidentals must match the name on the room reservation. Credit and debit cards and cash are accepted methods of payment. Suite balcony doors will be unlocked upon request for all guests 14 years of age and older. A balcony use form must be signed at check-in. The maximum number of extra beds/cribs per room is 1. Children under 6 years old stay free or at no extra charge in a crib only, extra bed is subject to a fee. Breakfast or breakfast with lounge included in the original reservation. The Dome and Tower Club Lounge has a dress code. Smart attire is required in the hotel restaurants. Sportswear or uniforms, slippers, beach sandals, flip-flops are prohibited regardless of age. Sleeveless clothing, shorts and open-toed shoes are not permitted for men. Children of all ages are welcome at Sirocco and Breeze. Children aged 7 and above are allowed in the adult bar at Mezzaluna, Chef’s Table, Sky Bar and The Flute Bar. Distil Bar, Alfresco 64, lebua No.3 and Pink Bar are for adults (over 20 years old only). Dress code and rules apply to all guests, including children. Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms. This property does not allow pets or service animals. Luggage storage is currently unavailable. Additional charges may apply to guests for Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners at the hotel.
