Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. There are ongoing construction works adjacent to the hotel and some minor works in the surrounding area. As part of the hotel's commitment to minimise inconvenience to guests, the construction zones will be carefully segregated. However, it is important to note that there may be some noise. During this time, the hotel will offer guests access to selected facilities including the swimming pool, restaurant, fitness centre and temporary spa facilities. Breakfast will be served on a set menu. In addition, the hotel will provide flexibility for cancellations should the need arise. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel. The hotel requires a deposit of THB 7000.00/USD 200.00 for short-term stays (1 to 7 days) or THB 14000.00/USD 400.00 for long-term stays (from 7 days to 1 month) per stay upon check in as security for any incidentals in a form of cash or credit card payment. The cost of additional breakfast for a child is THB 490.00 from November 1, 2025 to December 22, 2025.
