Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 21:00. Guests can use the «Meet at the Apartment» service: a representative will meet guests at the building under the house number sign, help with luggage, show the apartment, and answer any questions. This service is paid: from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM — RUB 500.00; from 09:00 PM to 09:00 AM — RUB 1000.00. The service must be booked at least 24 hours before arrival. Guests arriving before 09:00 AM or after 10:00 PM must contact the apartment administration in advance to arrange check-in. Check-in and key collection is carried out at the company’s office from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM at: 7 Karavannaya Street. Entrance from the street: glass door with an orange «STN Apartments» canopy above it. The residential addresses are located in different parts of the city. The office is open from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Keys can also be collected at the Acme Petersburg Elegy hotel at 18/5 Rubinstein Street, available 24/7. Please note that when booking an apartment, guests choose the apartment category, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or three-bedroom, rather than a specific address. The exact apartment will be confirmed only shortly before arrival, and the information may change. A security deposit for the preservation of property is charged upon check-in and is refunded upon departure after the apartment inspection. Visa support for foreign citizens is provided free of charge. In case of no-show, guests will be charged the full cost of one night's stay. The validity period of the credit card used for the booking must cover the entire stay. This credit card must be presented at check-in. If booking on behalf of another person, please contact the administration in advance to arrange third-party payment. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation. Guests may store their luggage free of charge at the company’s office in the morning before the check-in time 02:00 PM or until the evening on the day of check-out.
