The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. The number of parking spaces is strictly limited. Parking is only available by prior request, subject to availability for the requested period. During check-in, foreign citizens, both adults and children, are required to present a valid passport, visa, and migration card. Guests are provided with complimentary towels and toiletries. Slipper cost: RUB 150.00. In SmartBox capsules, only one guest over 18 years old is allowed. When booking a capsule, there is no option to choose the room or level. The SmartBox may be on the second level. Children under 6 years old are not accommodated in the hotel. Guests aged 6 to 18 can be accommodated only in a separate MonoBox or DoubleBox room, accompanied by parents. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel. Being on the hotel premises is only possible in indoor shoes. Viewing or listening to media files on personal devices within the hotel is only allowed using headphones. In economy category rooms, toilets with sinks are located inside the rooms, while showers are shared.

If you need a visa to enter the country, in the majority of cases, your hotel is supposed to provide you with the necessary documents. For more information, please contact the hotel. All the agreements are only made between you and the hotel.
