Remote check-in is available in the apartments: electronic locks or boxes with keys are installed. Payment upon check-in is accepted only by online payment. On the eve of check-in, guests will receive a link to the application for payment and verification from the accommodation facility. A personal account will be created in this service with available information about the reservation, instructions and all documents. Verification is carried out by collecting passport data by a service registered with Roskomnadzor. Booking on the day of arrival is possible until 22:00 (MSK). Check-in is possible at any time, but only if the booking has been confirmed by a manager before 22:00 (MSK) — after this time, it will not be possible to arrange or confirm the check-in.
