Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel. The security deposit can be paid in any currency, by cash or by card, and it depends on the length of stay. 1-10 night: THB 5000 11-20 night: 10000 THB 21 - 60 night: 20000 THB Quiet time in the hotel is from 10 pm to 8 am. No pets are allowed in the hotel. Guests can smoke near the pool, but not in the rooms. Smoking in the room costs 10 thousand THB. Housekeeping frequency depends on the rate booked. For 7 night or more, cleaning is twice a week with linen and towel change once a week. All villas have free access to the Rawai Park, but special events and trampolines/interactive areas are extra. Rawai park is closed for cleaning every last Monday of the month, except holidays. The hotel provides airport transfer service.
