You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the apartment — Central Festival Pattaya Beach, Alcazar Cabaret and Ripley's Believe It or Not.
Free Wi-Fi is available on the territory. Ask for more information when checking in. Specially for tourists who travel by car, there’s a free parking zone. If you travel by car, you can park in a parking zone. Accessible for guests with disabilities: the elevator helps them to go to the highest floors.

Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC).
