La chapelle est située à l'institut clinique de la grande-duchesse Elena Pavlovna. Elle a été construite en tant que pavillon funéraire et pathologiste en 1904-1905. L'architecte était Paulson oskold Aleksandrovich. Le bâtiment est construit dans le style art nouveau.
