The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Russian citizens under 14 must have an original birth certificate upon arrival. Accommodation is provided only if accompanied by parents, guardians or if there is a power of attorney for the accompanying adult. Children up to and including 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds or extra beds. Parking is possible in the courtyard of the house where the hotel is located, subject to availability at the time of arrival, there is also a paid city parking along the street where the hotel is located. Starting from June 1, 2025, the cost of breakfast is RUB 1000.00 per person, the cost of an additional seat without breakfast is RUB 1000.00 per person, and the cost of an additional seat with breakfast is RUB 2000.00 per person.

All the agreements are only made between you and the hotel.
