Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. Children under 7 years old are accommodated without a seat free of charge. Children from 4 years to 13 years old inclusive are accommodated on an extra bed for RUB 1000.00 per day. From September 1, 2025, the cost of breakfast, lunch and dinner will be RUB 1400.00 each. Accommodation with animals: one pet per room, dog/cat, up to 5 kg, with veterinary passport, carrier. No extra charge. Don't leave one in the room. There is no visa support. Access to the gym is available for an additional fee. The hotel has 20 conference rooms. There are saunas in three different locations. The appearance of the rooms may differ in color scheme from the photos shown on the website
