Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Contactless check-in to the apartment has a number of its own amenities and features. Guests need to contact the apartment in advance (at least 2 days before arrival) to prepare for check-in. For accommodation with a dog, a one-time payment of RUB 3000.00 is charged for special cleaning and a security deposit, regardless of the length of stay (payment on the day of check-in). Accommodation is only possible with dogs of non-dangerous breeds up to 8 kg. Cats and larger dogs are not allowed. 24-hour check-in. In case of same day arrival, please inform the receptionist in advance between 08:00 AM and 22:00 PM for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Same day bookings are possible until 09:00 PM. Check-in is done remotely: after signing the electronic rental agreement and making a deposit, the administrator sends the check-in information. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance for an additional fee. The apartments are located in a paid parking zone. Free parking is possible in the courtyard upon request - a deposit of RUB 10000.0 is charged for the remote gate. Children from 0 to 4 years old may have a free baby bed as an extra bed. Children from 4 years old are considered separate guests who need extra beds. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator in the building.
