The staff servicing the residential complex will not be able to help with check-in, as they are not associated with the apartment owners. If an earlier check-in is needed, it is possible to book an additional day before the day of arrival at a discount. Guests must provide your approximate arrival time 30 minutes before arrival. If it is not possible to do this in advance, guests can notify about the arrival time on site. The manager will need 15 to 30 minutes to arrive. In some cases, self-check-in is possible upon agreement with the manager.
