Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. Guests must contact the property 7 days prior to check-in to provide keys or contactless check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. The external part of the villa, to keep it in excellent condition, is looked after by a special garden and pool service on Mondays, on Wednesdays and Fridays. Please let the service take care of the pool and garden. If guests do not allow service to enter the villa, a fine of THB 10000.00 will be charged. If material damage is caused to the apartment due to the fault or negligence of guests or their visitors, the cost of restoring the damaged object will be deducted from the guests' deposit. Cleaning service with change of bed linen and towels is available upon request and costs THB 4900.00.
