* The villa was built in 1934 by architect Gustav Carl Hanns Hopp. It belonged to Albert Kaime, co-founder of the private Ostmark Clinic. The building is one-story, rectangular in plan with an attic under a high gable tiled roof. In the center of the southern facade was a wide four-leaf entrance with a high pediment and a French balcony. After the war, the doors, window openings and gables on the southern facade were simplified, and the French balcony was lost. Currently, the building houses City Hospital No. 1.
